These Terms govern your use of 28-0: The Grand Slam Challenge (the "Game"), operated by an individual developer ("we," "us"). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
If a player, rights holder, or organization referenced in the Game has a concern about how they're depicted, contact us at 280grandslam@gmail.com and we will address it promptly, including removing or adjusting the content in question.
28-0 is a single-player skill-drafting and simulation game. You draft card-based skills, and the outcome of the simulated tournament run is determined by a randomized algorithm — it is a game of chance and drafting strategy, not a prediction, endorsement, or statement of fact about any real athlete's ability.
Every leaderboard run is independently re-simulated on our server from a server-issued random seed before it's recorded — the game client cannot report its own score. Attempting to bypass, reverse-engineer, or manipulate this verification, or otherwise cheat the leaderboard, is a violation of these Terms. We may remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts involved in such activity, without notice.

The Game is free and may display advertising, including optional rewarded video ads, to support that. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks once integrated, and their content is not endorsed by us.
The Game's code, design, and original content belong to us, except for third-party or open-source components used within it. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Game itself. Nothing here grants you rights to any real player's name, likeness, or statistics beyond your personal, non-commercial use of the Game as intended.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that simulated results will be free of bugs. Use it at your own enjoyment and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Since the Game is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which is zero.
We may update the Game or these Terms at any time; continuing to play after a change means you accept the update. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to us as the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of the country where you live.
