28-0 is built and maintained by a single developer, so there's no support desk and no ticket queue — just an email address that actually gets read. Expect a reply within a few days rather than a few minutes.

Bugs and broken behaviour. If something didn't work, please say what device and browser you were using and roughly what you'd done before it went wrong. A screenshot helps more than a description. If a result looked impossible, the Build ID from the results screen lets me reproduce your exact run.
The roster and the ratings. Missing players, missing eras, and ratings that feel plainly wrong are all useful. The stats are deliberately fictionalised for balance, but "this era is rated nothing like that player actually was" is fair criticism and I'd rather hear it.
Your data or your account. To have your account and leaderboard entries deleted, email from the address associated with the account and say so — no form to fill in. You can also ask what's stored about you, or have something corrected. Details of what's held and why are in the Privacy Policy.
Advertising. The site carries a banner advert served by a third-party network, which means I don't choose the individual creatives. If you see an advert that's misleading, malicious, or inappropriate, send me a screenshot and I'll raise it with the network.
28-0 is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any tennis player, the ATP, WTA, ITF, or any Grand Slam tournament, and the statistics are fictionalised approximations rather than official records.
